When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for purchasing our products are listed on the website and include shipping. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
All sales are final. We will exchange any damaged product.
The images and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Juliette Pelletier. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Website after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
Article 2 - General

Article 3 - Delivery
3.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.
3.2 Under the rules of the Distance Selling Act, Juliette Pelletier/Juliette Solutions LLC will execute orders within 21 working days.
3.3 The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to Juliette Pelletier/Juliette Solutions LLC.
3.4 The delivery obligation of Juliette Pelletier/Juliette Solutions LLC will be fulfilled, subject to proof to the contrary, as soon as the goods delivered by Juliette Pelletier/Juliette Solutions LLC have been offered to the customer once. For home delivery, the carrier's report, alleging the refusal of acceptance, serves as full proof of the offer to deliver.
3.5 All terms stated on the website are indicative. No rights can therefore be derived from the aforementioned periods.

4.1 Prices will not be increased within the term of the offer, unless legal measures make this necessary or the manufacturer (Geltato) implements interim price increases.
4.2 All prices on the site are in US Dollars and include shipping costs.
Article 5 - Sales
5.1 All sales are final. In the event of a consumer purchase being damaged, a replacement will be issued by the manufacturer (Gelato).
Article 6 - Data management
6.1 If you place an order with Juliette Pelletier/Juliette Solutions LLC, your data will be included in the customer database. Juliette Pelletier/Juliette Solutions LLC adheres to the Data Protection Act and will not provide your information to third parties.

Article 7 - Agreement
